In developing our own online order management system, HEMITRACK, we are able to provide value added services specific to our clients and to the Australian and New Zealand market conditions. HEMITRACK is not only an online source of order information, but is also the operating system of our client services department, ensuring it is 'up to date' at all times.

HEMITRACK is interactive and allows users to:

 

  • prioritise import container deliveries on line
  • request container pickups online, thus managing detention issues
  • track the status of specific products within orders
  • transfer data to and from their internal systems
